Incredible day. First a four and five rep 13 lb deadlift PR of 518 x 1. Then a success at 606 with reverse band pulls after two fails Monday. Ripped it off the ground and it didn’t slow down until mid thigh. Next week is my triple, on Monday, then a reverse band single at 622.
