Not a bad day.  Felt a bit lonely without everyone there today with me. Still having shoulder pain and trouble really getting the bar down to my chest quickly. Today I added in specific assistance work to strengthen up my shoulder and its stabilizers.  I am forced to admit I also added in bicep work, as they are stabilizers on the bench, and I believe my underdevelopment in the region is a problem for my bench and shoulder.  Here is the table of exercises, weights, sets, and reps:
