Beginning today I am uploading various training templates for use with weightlifting and strength programs.  A number of them are my own and I have used them in the past, or I am currently using them now.  Many can also be found on the internet with a creative search and some tenacity.  I have decided to make any improvements to functionality I can and make them available all in one place.  You will need a google or gmail account to edit them to your needs. I ask that if you change something and it leads to the template not functioning properly, leave a comment or shhot me an email so I can fix it.  Best of luck and good lifting.
