Today begins a three day PR assault with a max triple dead lift.  Thursday will be the bench PR assault and Friday will wrap things up with a squat PR.  Base line PRs for the PRpalooza are:

Today’s PR set will be a run at 555 for a triple, or more.  Thursday look for a bench triple at 315.  Finally, Friday is up in the air.  It would be quite reasonable to look for a squat triple of 44o, but a bit of wonderlust may lead to 455 on the bar for one heck of a ride.  Updates begin this evening.
